About Southern Recipe Foods

Master Chef W. C. is the founder of Southern Recipe Foods and the developer of all products in the Lay-Row-Catch-A-Mellow line.  He has over 30 years of experience in the food industry, having prepared foods for top restaurants and hosted his own television cook show.

Lay-Row-Catch-A-Mellow and Master Chef Hunter have been featured repeatedly on FOOD FINDS, which airs on the Food Network.  Lay-Row-Catch-A-Mellow has often been at the center of city-wide social events.  Master Chef Hunter frequently donates the proceeds from sales of his delectable barbecue to charity, with notable generosity.

Master Chef Hunter began cooking as a young boy, when he helped his mother in the kitchen.  Early on, he developed a special love for the art of barbecuing and dedicated himself to creating a barbecue sauce so delicious that nothing would ever have to be added to it.  He accomplished this with a subtle blend of 27 herbs and spices in his original secret recipe.  He has continued expanding the Lay-Row line of products.

At the urging of many who tasted his Lay-Row-Catch-A-Mellow, Master Chef Hunter acquired a bottling facility, and the rest is history.

Southern Recipe Foods is based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, but ships products throughout the United States.
